Leaving Care

The Manchester Virtual School oversees the education, employment and training of children and young people in the care of Manchester, up until their 18th birthday. Once young people turn 18, they are supported by the Manchester Leaving Care Service. Their education, employment and training is then monitored via their pathway plan.
